Privacy Policy

This website does not have a login, sign-up, or "connect your TikTok/Facebook account" feature. Visitors are never asked to authorize, link, or sign in with a personal TikTok or Facebook account through this site. The TikTok and Facebook integrations described below are set up and controlled entirely by our own team, using our own AgriKnow TikTok account and AgriKnow Facebook Page — not visitor accounts.

AgriKnow maintains its own TikTok account and publishes videos to it using TikTok's Content Posting API. To do this, our systems hold a TikTok access token and refresh token issued directly by TikTok for our own account. The only TikTok data our systems receive or store is: our own account's open_id (TikTok's account identifier), and, for each video we publish, a publish ID and publish status (e.g. processing, complete, failed) returned by TikTok's API. We do not request or receive any other TikTok user's personal data, followers, or private content.

While our TikTok integration has not yet completed TikTok's content-posting audit, videos may be published with a restricted, self-only visibility setting rather than being publicly visible, as required by TikTok for unaudited apps.

AgriKnow maintains its own Facebook Page and publishes videos to it using the Facebook Graph API with a Page access token issued directly by Meta for that Page. The only Facebook data our systems receive or store is: our own Page ID, and, for each video we publish, a video ID returned by Facebook after upload. We do not request or receive data about visitors, Page followers, or any other Facebook user.

Our TikTok and Facebook access tokens (and TikTok's refresh token) are stored only as server-side configuration on infrastructure we control. They are never written to our database, never included in application logs, and never exposed through any page or API of this website.

For each video we publish, our database keeps a record limited to: the platform (TikTok or Facebook), our own account/Page identifier, the publish ID or video ID returned by that platform, publish status, any error message if publishing failed, and timestamps. These records describe our own content and our own account — they are not tied to any website visitor.

Like most websites, our hosting provider may automatically log standard technical information for security and reliability purposes, such as IP address, browser type, and pages requested. This website does not include analytics scripts, advertising trackers, or a contact form; we do not use this data for advertising or profiling.

The information described above is used only to publish AgriKnow's own agricultural educational videos on TikTok and Facebook, to track whether each video published successfully, and to keep this website and our systems secure. We do not use it for advertising, profiling, or any purpose unrelated to this content-publishing pipeline.

We do not sell this information. It is shared only with TikTok and Facebook themselves, as the platforms our content is published to, and with infrastructure providers (such as hosting and database providers) strictly as needed to run our systems, under their own security obligations.

AgriKnow can revoke or rotate its own TikTok or Facebook access at any time through each platform's developer settings, which immediately stops all further publishing from our systems. Because no visitor account is ever connected in the first place, there is no separate visitor-facing "disconnect" action needed.

Since this website does not collect data through visitor logins or forms, most deletion requests will not apply to visitor data.
